El agente de ventas hab\u00eda iniciado y desarrollado un negocio en P.R. suministrando producto a supermercados. El agente de ventas visitaba a los clientes, obten\u00eda los pedidos, los enviaba al principal, cobraba las facturas, enviaba los ingresos al principal y recib\u00eda las comisiones. El pleito se inici\u00f3 cuando el principal no pag\u00f3 las comisiones y excluy\u00f3 al representante de ventas por un tercero.
