Litigation and Appellate Law
At its core, the Puerto Rico law firm of Indiano and Williams is a litigation firm. While our attorneys handle both state and federal claims, our reputation has been built on our stature as federal court litigators.
Mr. Indiano has been involved in trials that have taken as long as 15 months to reach verdict. Mr. Williams practiced criminal law during the first 5 years of practice, and has concentrated in civil litigation for the past 15 years. Together, they have tried many cases over the years and have argued before the First Circuit Court of Appeals in Boston on numerous occasions. Regardless of whether our law firm has been trial counsel, we have successfully prosecuted and defended numerous appeals in both state and federal courts.
As Past President of the Puerto Rico Chapter of the Federal Bar Association, Mr. Indiano has promoted continuing legal education in Puerto Rico by organizing and serving as a presenter and speaker in many seminars during his career. This ongoing commitment to excellence in federal court litigation is the key to our law firm’s success.
