Indiano & Williams, P.S.C. files suit in federal court on behalf of exclusive sales agent to recover commissions, value of business and injunctive relief for breach of Sales Representation Contract. Sales agent had started and developed a business in P.R. supplying supermarkets of product. Sales representative visited customers, obtained orders, sent orders to principal, collected the invoices, forwarded proceeds to principal and received commissions. The lawsuit ensued when principal did not pay commissions and excluded sales representative for a third party. Parties continued litigating and reached a settlement in 2020 to the mutual satisfaction of the parties.
