We served as local counsel in a case against the largest bank in Puerto Rico alleging excess fees charged by the bank to the class we represented. After extensive electronic discovery and motion practice, the case was mediated and resolved.
The United States District Court for the District of Puerto Rico approved the mediated settlement and awarded attorneys’ fees for our representation of the class.
