Complex property rights cases under Puerto Rico law.

This case involved a dispute between an owner of luxury properties and a property manager.  We represented the owner of the properties.  There were multiple claims of breach of contract involving highly complex aspects of contract law, an alleged right to purchase these properties, “bad faith” possession and many aspects of the Puerto Rico Civil Code.  After years of vigorous litigation, the case was resolved by settlement allowing the owner to keep his properties and resolve the financial issues amicably.
